Terms and Conditions for Spa Mobile – In-Home Massage Services

Welcome to Spa Mobile, your convenient in-home massage service provider. Before booking our services, please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

1. Booking Process:

– Clients can book our services through our website or contact our customer service team.
– Bookings are subject to availability, and booking is recommended to secure your preferred appointment time.

2. Service Description:

– Our professional massage therapists will arrive at your specified location with all the necessary equipment to provide a relaxing and rejuvenating massage experience.
– Clients are responsible for providing a suitable and safe space for the massage session.

3. Cancellation Policy:

– Reschedule/cancel 12+ hours before massage without any fees in your customer panel. (CANCELLATION POLICY) No cancellations within 12h, or 100% fee applies.

4. Health and Safety:

– Clients are responsible for informing our massage therapists of any health conditions, injuries, or allergies that may affect the massage session.

– Our therapists reserve the right to refuse service if they believe the client’s health or safety may be at risk.

-Medical Form: Please fill out the form provided in the confirmation email honestly and accurately. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder. You can find it here

5. Payment:

– E-transfer to [email protected] before the massage. PW: massage. Appointments will not be accepted unless we receive payment, except for regular clients (cash accepted).

6. Client Conduct:

– Clients are expected to treat our massage therapists respectfully and courteously.
– Any inappropriate behaviour or requests will immediately terminate the massage session, and the client may be charged for the entire appointment.

7. Liability:

– Spa Mobile is not liable for any injuries, damages, or property loss that may occur during or as a result of the massage session.
– Clients participate in our services at their own risk and are encouraged to raise concerns with their therapist before the session begins.

8. Parking Fee:

Downtown/hotel appointments may have parking fees added to the bill or charged to the room. If you live in Griffon Town or in a location without parking (free or paid), ensure you have a parking space for the massage therapist. We will credit the whole payment if the massage therapist travels to your area without parking and is unable to find any.

9. Arrival Time:

The booked time is when the therapist arrives at your home. Allow 15 minutes for setup. Choose a time accordingly.
