Terms and Conditions – SPA MOBILE

Thank you for choosing Spa Mobile. You agree to the following terms and conditions by booking a service through our platform. Please read them carefully.


1. Booking Policy

  • Appointments must be scheduled through our online booking platform at https://rsv.spa-mobile.com.

  • A valid name, phone number, and email are required to confirm a booking.

  • Appointment times are subject to availability and therapist confirmation.


2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are 100% non-refundable.

  • Missed appointments or no-shows will not be refunded.

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a suspension of booking privileges.


3. Refunds & Payment Processing Fees

  • In the event of a cancellation where payment was made by credit card, please note that Stripe’s non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from the amount reimbursed. This fee is typically between 2.9% and 3.5% + $0.30, depending on the card type used.
  • Spa Mobile does not offer refunds for completed sessions or prepaid plans. Our guarantee provides upgraded care in place of refunds.

4. Punctuality

  • Please ensure you are ready at your appointment time. Our therapists may wait up to 15 minutes, after which the session may be cancelled or shortened without a refund.


5. Client Health & Disclosure

  • You are responsible for informing the therapist of any health conditions, injuries, allergies, or relevant medical history before your session.

  • Pregnant or post-surgery clients must receive clearance from a healthcare provider before a massage.

  • Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis.


6. Respectful Conduct Policy

  • No sexual requests, comments, or gestures will be tolerated.

  • Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may lead to a permanent ban from Spa Mobile services.


7. Therapist Safety & Environment

  • The client must provide a safe, clean, and private space for the massage therapist to set up and perform the session.

  • If the environment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate, the therapist has the right to cancel the appointment without refund.


8. Consent to Treatment

  • By booking a service, you consent to receive professional massage therapy within the outlined safety and comfort guidelines.

  • You acknowledge that results vary and that your therapist will not make any medical diagnosis.


9. Personal Data and Privacy

  • Your personal data (e.g., name, phone, email, health notes) is collected only for booking and communication purposes.

  • All information is stored securely and handled in accordance with Law 25 (Québec).

10. Partner Disclosure

  • Spa Mobile operates with both in-house therapists and certified partners. Regardless of who delivers the service, we uphold our brand’s quality, safety, and professionalism across all bookings.


11. Payments and Refunds

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Refunds are granted only if cancellation is made 24+ hours in advance or if there is a verified service issue.

12. Last-Minute Booking Policy (24 Hours Notice)

  • All bookings must be made 24 hours in advance to ensure quality service and respectful scheduling for our team.

  • If you require an appointment within 24 hours, you must select our “Last-Minute Express Booking” option. This service is subject to double pricing and is available on a first-come, first-served basis only.

  • Please note: Last-minute bookings may not always be possible. – The extra fee compensates for the urgency, schedule rearrangement, and extended coordination. We reserve the right to decline urgent bookings that cannot be fulfilled under our quality standards.

13. Satisfaction Guarantee

We’re committed to providing exceptional service. If you’re not satisfied with your first massage, we’ll offer a complimentary session with one of our top-tier therapists.

This guarantee:

    • Applies to first-time clients only

    • Must be requested within 24 hours

    • Is limited to one redemption per household

To activate our Satisfaction Guarantee, clients must complete our online claim form within 24 hours of their appointment. The guarantee is available to first-time clients only and grants one complimentary follow-up session with a senior therapist. No refunds will be issued.


14. Policy Changes

  • Spa Mobile reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted here with the revised date.
